Wyre Forest Half Marathon
Ian Satterthwaite led the Centurions home for a team victory in the Wyre Forest Half Marathon. Ian was placed 5th and also gained the first over 40 prize. Jason Richards, 8th, and Douglas Talbot, 28th, completed the team.

Timberhonger 10k
To complete a good day for the club in Worcestershire, Paul Davies got first M40 in Bromsgrove. Sharon Townley got 1st F35, Kevin O'Malley 1st M60.

Rowheath Midsummer 5k
This time, it was the turn of Ian Satterthwaite to lead the Centurion men home in their quest to retain the Warwickshire Road Race League title. Mary Williams completed a remarkable 9-day hat trick of age category firsts.

Another excellent Centurion turnout. Well done to Sharon Townley and Mary Williams, first in their respective age categories. Paul Davies and Jake Sorrell led the men's team home.

What's On
2 Mile Club Yachting Handicap
The next 2 mile handicap is to be on Tuesday 17 th August. Please come along and make it as enjoyable as the last one.
The handicap will be based on last Tuesday's times so it will be a lot closer this time.
Warwickshire Road Race League
The remaining races in this year's league are as follows:
- Coventry Godiva Autumn 5 mile (30th August)
- Nuneaton 10 mile (12th September),
- Kenilworth ½ Marathon (26th September)
- Rugby 10 mile (end of October?)
The final results of the league will be based on the following:
- Teams – best 6 from 9 races
- Individual seniors & vets – best 5
- Individual juniors (U/20) – best 4
