Sunday, December 18th Mark Carwardine 2nd place overall and 1st Vet in 2:51:49 at the Portsmouth Coastal Marathon.
Saturday, December 3rd Ian Mansell, 30th, was first Centurion home In the second cross country league race at Northampton.

Gloucester Marathon
The battle for club marathon supremacy continued in the tough Gloucester Marathon as Paul Davies first V45 in 9th place runs a time of 2:50:32 Just edging out Mark Carwardine 2nd V45 in10th place in 2:50:55.
And well done Graham Robinson, 3:45:29, Emma Donnelly, 4:14:21, and Kevin Morris, 4:14:57.
Birmingham Cross Country League
Centurions men's 'A' team clung on to an overall 13th place and the 'B' team to 6th at Coventry in the penultimate race in this season's Division 2.

Midland Women's Cross Country League
In the third race of the season Theresa Woolley led the Centurion ladies to 27th place in the Women's League and 13th in the Masters.

Centurion Grand Prix
Ashley Sabin of Leicester Coritanian and Celia Taylor of Coventry Godiva led the way in the January 5 mile race. Tipton Harriers' Joe Fairfax and Emma Cakebread, unattached, took the honours in the 2k fun run.

This season's cross country leagues continue on Saturday, February 11th at Wolverhampton for the Men's Birmingham League and Pittville Park, Cheltenham, for the Midland Counties Women's League
Centurion Presentation Evening
Saturday, February 18th at Coleshill Town Hall Council Rooms, 7.30pm - midnight. The theme is Valentines (please wear at least 1 "love" related item - keep it clean!). DJ Paul Cornock, food, buffet, Centurion staffed bar with real ale, wine, soft drinks at very good prices!
